Living the Bhagavat Gita Values & Principles
This series is a study of the Gita, unpacking the philosophy of yoga for the 21st century. It explores the values and principles of the Gita and how to apply them in daily life, while also examining the various schools of yoga.
This is a 6-8 week series. It can be taught over one weekend immersion

- What is karma? Understanding the way of action and dharma (karma yoga).
- Exploring Jnana Yoga: Inquiry and wisdom as a path to understanding.
- Ashtanga Yoga: The practice of controlling the mind through withdrawal of the senses and meditation.
- Bhakti Yoga: The path of devotion and divine love.
- What are the Gunas, qualities in material natural that bind one, how to flow
- Dharma . what is your calling .
- Transforming Energy: Understanding the forces woven into the material and mundane, and how to navigate them for liberation. This includes transforming energy that binds or creates conflict into energy that liberates and transcends the individual.
