Art of Sequencing: Creating Dynamic, Fluid Mandala Flows
Mandala’s are circular fluid dynamic sequences that break down nero patterns in the mind and body. They are composed of a repetitive sequence that informs the body of new movement patterns, and develop the right side and left side of the brain as one is required to cross over the midline.
25 hour yoga training module for advance sequencing.

Neurologically, lack of midline crossing could result in poor communication between the left and right sides (hemispheres) of the brain. The left and right side both like to work in isolation and crossing the midline requires communication between both sides. Mandalas require you to cross the midline therefore fully engages your brain (cerebral cortex) It is recommended that you regularly complete activities that cross the midline to assist in both hemispheres communicating well to facilitate and strengthen the neural networks to coordinate movement and learning.
We live in a linear society. Moving in a circle changes perspective, igniting the brain to see and experience not from a linear perspective but more of a 360 perspective .
Training the mind and body in new movement patterns and learning to guide others circular flows, you will experience a transformative yet fun breakthrough.
